Privacy Policy

Asenvi answers the calls a local business cannot get to, calls new website leads back, and writes the reminders on late invoices.
This explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is short and plain on purpose.
This website
- We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site, and we set no marketing cookies. Nothing you do here is measured or shared with a third party.
- The sample call on the home page is written, not recorded. The business and the caller in it are invented. It illustrates how a call goes; it is not a transcript of anyone's call.
- There is no form on this site. The booking is the only thing you can submit.
- The booking calendar is embedded from our scheduling provider. It is the one piece of this site that is not ours, it can set its own cookies inside its own frame, and anything you type into it is handled under its privacy policy as well as this one. It loads only when you open the booking dialog and reach the last step, and it is taken away again when you close it.
- Everything else on these pages is served from asenvi.co. No third-party JavaScript runs on this site at all.
Booking a call
The only thing you can submit on this site is a booking. The scheduler you see is embedded from our scheduling provider and runs on their systems, not ours. What you type into it goes to them first, under their privacy policy, and they pass us the booking.
What reaches us is what you entered to book: your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, anything you wrote in the booking notes, and the two answers you picked in the booking dialog, along with the time you chose. We use it to turn up to the meeting and to follow up about it. Nothing else.
Booking is the consent. It is you asking us to contact you about that call, and it is not permission to add you to a marketing list, because we do not run one. If you would rather not use the scheduler at all, email hello@asenvi.co and no third party is involved.
The Asenvi service, if you become a customer
When Asenvi answers calls for your business, the service processes the caller's name and phone number, what they said they needed, a summary of the call, and, where recording is switched on, the call audio and a transcript. This is used to answer the call, capture the job, and pass it to you.
Every call opens by telling the caller they have reached an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. More than a dozen US states require all parties on a call to consent to being recorded, so that disclosure runs on every call regardless of where the caller is. You can also run the service with recording off, and keep only the written summary.
Asenvi does not make cold or telemarketing calls. It answers calls placed to your line, and, if you turn on lead callbacks, it calls people who have just submitted a form on your own website asking to be contacted.
How we use it
- To turn up to the call you booked, and to follow up about it.
- To set up the service for your business, if you decide to go ahead.
- To operate, secure and improve the service and this site.
- To send only what you asked for. We do not send marketing you did not request, and every email we send has a working unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Asenvi (for example our voice, telephony, messaging and email tools), only as far as they need it to do that job, or where the law requires it.
Where it is handled
Asenvi is operated from Canada and serves businesses in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside the United States, including in Canada, and by the service providers named above. We mention it because you are entitled to know, not because it changes what we do with it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Depending on your state, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither), to limit the use of sensitive information, and to appeal if we say no.
Email hello@asenvi.co and we will take care of it. We will not treat you any differently for asking.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold? Email hello@asenvi.co.
